Tickets are non-refundable. If you have a ticket, your name will be on the guest list at the door. You will also receive an email confirming your purchase (sent to the email provided at the point-of-sale).
Transferring your Ticket(s):
If you are no longer able to attend the event and wish to transfer your tickets to someone else, you have one of two options:
- Transfer the tickets to someone you know. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you are looking to transfer your tickets. Please provide us with their name. Also, copy them on the email. Ticket transfers may not exceed the price you paid for your ticket(s).
- Add your tickets to the wait-list. If you cannot go and do not have anyone to transfer the tickets to, send an email to email@example.com. We will attempt to locate a purchaser off of the wait list for you and help complete the transfer, including payment. We cannot guarantee a successful transfer.
